My daughter and I decided to check out these falls that were not very far from the south entrance to Yosemite National Park and quite close to the road. It was a magical place reminding us of Middle Earth from The Lord of the Rings trilolgy. This is a wide shot of the falls showing some of the really lovely foreground.
