Cotswolds House
I had the fortune to live for over a year in England. I liked to go on one day road trips into the English countryside. It was such an amazing experience every time I went out. I never knew what I would see or who I would meet. I was always surprised.
One of my trips took me to the Cotswolds area which is northwest of London. The Cotswolds are the perfect representation of England, with the many hills, small villages, rivers and idyllic farms. It feels like time has stood still.
I loved the quaint houses, the lovely gardens, the relaxed atmosphere and the stone used in almost all buildings.
When I saw this photo, my first thought was that I was seeing a live watercolor painting. It seemed almost unreal. Even now, after looking at it for years, I see a watercolor painting.
