Rowboats
I have really good friends that live in Rockport, Massachusetts whom I have visited often. They live very close to the harbor. Rockport harbor is a favorite place for artists and photographers alike as it captures the essence of the small New England fishing village.
During one early morning visit, when the harbor waters were still and reflective, I enjoyed the many rowboats lined up at the pier. The colors, although slightly subdued due to the lack of light in the early morning, were still beautiful to me. I really liked the contrast of the colorful rowboats with both the dark texture of the wooden pier and the dark grayish blue of the harbor waters.
